Martin Pidd - Managing Director
I have been addicted to Koi for around 20 years now and can honestly say I have loved every minute of it. Early years there were some heartache, but soon things started to come good. A dream of mine for many a year was to own my own premises, and 20 years ago I realised that dream, and here I am.
I would like to personally thank everybody that has been involved with Premier Koi, we work and perform as a team and I am eternally grateful for that help and making a pipe dream come true for me. Now let me introduce you to my staff.

Keith Taylor - Shop Manager
Keith Taylor amazes me with his integrity and enthusiasm for the job in which he performs admirably, he is my Shop Manager. He has been in the Tropical business for over 40 years and knows every aspect of it. He has been keeping Koi for some 15 years and is very well versed in that aspect too. He is honest, trustworthy and like Kevin, has been a mechanic for all of his working days, so my gain and their loss. If I asked Keith to work 24 hours a day, then he would, that is how committed he is to making the business succeed (he also gets the most wages too).

Greg - Accounts Manager
Greg is my son and is the Accounts Manager; he looks after the whole administration side of the business from Wages, Tax and NI, Vat etc and the accounting side of things. His other role is of liasing with the customers putting their minds at ease with the sometimes complex decisions on which route to take in buying the right equipment for the job. His dry sense of humour goes down a treat with the customers so making him a very popular figure within the team.

Adam
The youngest member to our clan is 21 year old Adam. At the moment he is studying for his BSe in Fresh Water and Marine Biology at Aberystwyth University.
Adam joined us just over a year ago, and even on his first day with us, which was extremely busy, he was not fazed with the jobs he was asked to undertake. He is very polite and keen to learn the practical side to the job, even with his in-depth knowledge of fish Biology.

Paul
Paul looks after all of the maintenance aspects at Premier Koi, including Pond Filters, Aquariums, Deliveries, Aviary Birds, Water Testing and the general presentation of the place. He is very quiet and goes about his business with the minimum of fuss and will always help out customers should they require any help.

Linda
Lyn is my wife, she is also the most committed person I have ever met and I am totally indebted to her. Lyn has supported me through everything since we started some 5 years ago when things were very difficult, and she also has a vast knowledge of the Koi industry. Lyn has had to look after the maintenance side of my ponds when I have worked away from home, looked after the water testing, vacuumed out when necessary and looked after the young Koi when they have spawned.
Our craft shop is a delight for the women that come to our premises, and she keeps it fully stocked with all the different types of things that the ladies like to peruse over while waiting for their husbands looking at Koi related items, there is only one Linda Pidd and thankfully I'm married to her.
